Sports
The College has a tradition of sporting success. Students are encouraged to participate in, and given opportunities to excel at a wide variety of sporting codes. Many of our students gain provincial representation and we have been proud of our recent representation at national level in rifle shooting, athletics and rugby.
The major school events for the year are the athletic sports, swimming sports and the cross country. Student involvement in all events is high and competition is challenging, as students vie for personal and house success. One hour on Wednesday afternoon is designated as a sports period. Students can experience new sports, receive coaching or practise a wide variety of summer and winter sports.

Student Leadership
Our students are encouraged to be involved in the activities of the College. We have a student council which is led by our head boy and head girl. It also contains the house captains and the heads of the sub-councils. There are three sub-councils in the areas of sport, services and social activities. These sub-councils have elected representatives from every level in the College. Their main goal is to organise activities for the benefit of the students, such as:
- Talent quests
- Sporting competitions
- Discos
- School ball
- Mufti days
- Support of charities
- School magazine
